2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified at the time of reservation.

Bookings are subject to availability and may vary based on weather or operational conditions.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Guest-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the excursion or check-in time may be eligible for a partial refund (depending on service provider terms).
No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before or for no-shows.
TripO Maldives-Initiated Cancellations:
In rare cases (e.g., bad weather or safety concerns), we may cancel or reschedule activities.
Guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund in such cases.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7–14 business days.

4. Travel & Activity Conditions
All excursions and activities are subject to weather, sea conditions, and safety regulations.
TripO Maldives reserves the right to modify itineraries for safety or operational reasons.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides or instructors.
Trip0maldives is not responsible for personal injury, illness, or loss due to negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.
We recommend all guests have valid travel insurance covering health and cancellations.
